Here’s what to do:

It is NOT required to schedule a discovery call for individual therapy prior to scheduling, but IT IS required to participate in a discovery call for partner/couples and family counseling sessions prior to scheduling.
Fill out all the required paperwork (links below).
Then, go ahead and schedule your first session!

Please make sure you've filled out all the required paperwork prior to your appointment. If it’s not completed prior to your appointment, we’ll need to reschedule and you'll be charged 50% of the missed session.

Paperwork for couples/partner and family counseling will be provided via email, after the discovery call.

The Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7), is a brief, self-administered questionnaire designed to screen for and assess the severity of generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) symptoms by asking about feelings like nervousness, worry, and restlessness over the past two weeks.
