My mission is to empower individuals, especially those within the BIPOC* community, to emerge into their limitless potential by doing things differently, stepping outside the norm, and embracing unique paths to healing and growth. I offer compassionate, evidence-based mental health services in a supportive, transformative environment, inviting clients to experience innovative approaches to well-being. By embracing new ways of thinking and healing, I guide each person toward self-discovery, resilience, and lasting personal transformation. My goal is to help all clients break free from limitations, unlock their full potential, and create meaningful change in their lives.
