Mission
My mission is to empower individuals, especially those within the BIPOC* community, to emerge into their limitless potential by doing things differently, stepping outside the norm, and embracing unique paths to healing and growth. I offer compassionate, evidence-based mental health services in a supportive, transformative environment, inviting clients to experience innovative approaches to well-being. By embracing new ways of thinking and healing, I guide each person toward self-discovery, resilience, and lasting personal transformation. My goal is to help all clients break free from limitations, unlock their full potential, and create meaningful change in their lives.

I offer a range of telehealth services, including individual, partner/couples, and family therapy—whatever feels right for you! Just a heads-up: everything is done through video, and you’ll need to be in Virginia during your session.
Services are only provided to Virginia residents.

Individual counseling sessions $155 per session hour
Partner/couples and family counseling sessions
$175 per session hour
NOTE: I am currently out-of-network with insurance panels. However, I’m more than happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Appointment Availability
Universe & Me Counseling, LLC typically has appointment availability on Monday's, Tuesday's, and Wednesday's in the late afternoon and early evenings. However, if there are other days that work better please contact us to discuss your scheduling preferences.
