I offer a range of telehealth services, including individual, partner/couples, and family therapy—whatever feels right for you! Just a heads-up: everything is done through video, and you’ll need to be in Virginia during your session.
Services are only provided to Virginia residents.
I work with people from all backgrounds, including those in the BIPOC (Black , Indigenous, People of Color) community. While I'm especially passionate about supporting BIPOC clients, I welcome anyone who’s looking for a safe, compassionate space to grow and heal.
In your first session, I’ll ask some questions to get to know you and understand what’s bringing you to counseling. You’ll also have plenty of time to ask any questions you have about how the process works. And if it turns out we’re not the right fit, no worries! I’m happy to provide referrals or recommend other clinicians who might be a better match for you.
For individual counseling the rate is $155 per session hour.
For partner/couples and family counseling the rate is $175 per session hour.
I am NOT an in-network provider with insurance companies. As the client, you must check with your insurance to see if they offer out-of-network benefits. If you need one, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Canceling or Rescheduling:
If you give 12 hours notice for canceling or rescheduling a session, there will be no fee. If you give less than 12 hours notice, you will be charged for the scheduled session; you will also be charged the entire session fee for no-shows. Please note that your insurance company (if you are using superbills) will not reimburse for missed appointments; thus, you will be responsible for the ENTIRE FEE for appointments not canceled at least 12 hours in advance.
Running Late:
If you're running behind, not a problem—just let me know! However, please keep in mind that your session will still end at the scheduled time, and the full session fee will apply.
Emergency Situations:
I understand that things come up unexpectedly. If there’s an emergency or something out of your control, just reach out to let me know what’s going on-we’ll figure it out together.
Regular attendance is key to making progress in therapy. If you’re missing sessions often, we might chat about how we can best support you moving forward. I'm committed to helping you make progress and appreciate your time and effort in showing up. Thanks for understanding!

Friend Requests, Follows, Connections, and Page Likes
I don’t accept friend requests, follow requests, or connection requests from clients. On some platforms I can't really control likes or follows on business social media pages. If you want like or follow me on these accounts, that's totally fine! Just know that by doing so, your privacy isn’t 100% guaranteed. Because of that, I don’t encourage clients to follow me, and I won’t follow you back.
Comments and Interaction
If you’re a current or former client and you comment on anything I post, just know I’m not going to engage in those comments. I do interact with non-clients now and then, but I keep it casual—not for offering therapy advice or support.
Also, if you're not a client and you're thinking of asking for advice or help in the comments, I won’t be able to provide that there. If you need professional support, please reach out to a therapist you’ve already connected with or with me through the proper channels (call/text/email).
